Where can you find us?

Villa Castelul Maria is located in the village of Banpotoc, on the Varmaga River valley, in a unique natural setting, yet only 18 km from Deva Fortress, 21 km from Huniazilor Castle, and just 6 km from Simeria Arboretum.

How can you find us?

By car:
1. From the Sibiu highway, exit at Simeria, take the first right at the roundabout, and you will reach DN7. Before OMV Simeria, there is a traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light and enter the town of Simeria.
2. From DN7, coming from Arad, after OMV Simeria there is a traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and enter the town of Simeria.
Cross the town (you will pass over a bridge over the railway line, and the main road will curve to the right at one point) staying on the main road. When you leave Simeria, go down a slope, cross another bridge (a very small one) with a yield sign, continue for another kilometer, and you will reach the bridge over the Mureș River (before it, you will see the pillars of the highway). Cross the bridge over the Mureș River, and you will be in the village of Uroi. There is a sign immediately after the bridge telling you to turn left and continue for another 4 km. Turn left, the next village is Cărpiniș, which you do not enter (it is on a bend), then go up a hill, down the hill and immediately after you have descended, on the right is the village of Banpotoc. In the village, there are signs on the electricity poles. From the national road, it is about 7 km to the villa, and if you get lost, we are here to guide you.

By train:
Take a ticket to Simeria station, an important railway junction, and from there travel another 6 km by taxi.

By plane:
Distances to airports are: Sibiu 110 km, Cluj 170 km, Timișoara 160 km, Arad 170 km
